Crackdown on fraud leads to drop in insurance prices

Lawrence, Massachusetts to see drop in auto insurance rate after three-year crackdown on autoinsurance fraud. 223 people charched with auto insurance fruad. Statewide there should be an 11 percent drop in auto insurance rates in 2007.
